For nurses and healthcare professionals

Practical pathways
to progress.

You give everything on shift and come home with nothing left for the people and plans that matter most. We help you get some of it back, one practical change at a time.

Sound familiar?

Burnout doesn't stay at work.

It follows you home, into your marriage, your kids' evenings, your bank account, and the workout you keep meaning to restart.

I'm the one everyone leans on. By the time I get home, there's nothing left.

My shifts decide my sleep, my schedule, and honestly my mood.

I know what would help. I just can't find the room to start.

How it works

Small steps you can actually keep.

No overhaul, no guilt. A four-month coaching program built around the realities of shift work and family life.

Name what's draining you

We start with an honest look at where your time and energy really go, across work, home, health, and money. Try the free Harmony Check to see yours.

Pick one practical change

Not ten. One change that fits your actual schedule, chosen with a coach who understands healthcare.

Build momentum together

Regular check-ins keep you moving, so progress compounds instead of fading after the first good week.

About us

Built by people who've been there.

We're Jessica Haviland, RN, and Kade Haviland, MHA, MBA, PMP, FHIMSS. Jessica cares for patients at the bedside; Kade has spent nearly two decades leading healthcare technology and operations. We've both felt what burnout does to a career, a marriage, and a family.

Harmony on the Horizon is the guidance we wish we'd had: practical, honest, and built for people whose job is caring for everyone else.

Harmony on the Horizon is a KnJ Horizons company.
